Neatscourt Phase 1, Rushenden Relief Road, Twyford, Former Rolling Mill Site and Klondyke construction sites within the Queenborough and Rushenden Masterplan area:  Environmental adviser for the client which involved overseeing habitat creation on and off-site by reversion of intensively farmed land to grazing marsh for the benefit of birds and water voles, creating reptile receptor sites through habitat manipulation, coordinating of reptile and water voles translocation  and archaeological site investigations. In addition the role including construction site auditing to ensure that best practices were adhered to in accordance with the adopted Construction Environmental Management Plan.

Rushden Lakes, Rushden: Coordination of site clearance within the area to be developed, prior to construction commencing, including the production of a reptile mitigation strategy, coordination of ecological, archaeological, geo-environmental, topographical and arboricultural site investigations and production of the Construction Environmental Management Plan.  In addition the role has involved working closely with the Site Management, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire Wildlife Trust and Natural England.

Unwins Warehouse, Victoria Road, Dartford: Environmental Management for the demolition of the Unwins Warehouse and other commercial buildings including management of geoarchaeology investigation and arboricultural works.
